I am troubles that the media is touting the notion that the court made scientific findings - which on it's face sounds very unlike the Court. -

Tue, April 3, 2007 - 5:11 PMThe ruling wasn't based on scientific findings. It was partly a states rights cases against the EPA.
It was a long term win for anti-global warming actions. States can now sue the EPA because they aren't doing their job. *cough* Bush.
