Well. Yeah.

Oh well. The 24th Amendment was a pain in the neck anyway. I mean, what the hell is wrong with a poll tax anyway? 'Charging' people to vote is no big deal, because ... um ... wait.....give me a sec to rationalize why any situation that makes someone pay as a contingency before voting is OK.
